EZ Leads LLC — Your Privacy Choices

Effective Date: September 14, 2026 | Version: 1.0

1. What This Page Is

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. This page is where you exercise that right with EZ Leads LLC. You do not need an account, and we do not charge you or treat you differently for using it. Our full Privacy Policy describes everything we collect and why.

2. Your Choice

Use the control below to record a request not to sell or share your personal information. If you are not signed in, we remember the request in this browser. If you are signed in, we also store it on your account so it follows you to other browsers and devices.

Checking your current setting…

You can also make the request by email at any time, and we will record it by hand: privacy@myezleads.com.

3. What We Sell and Share

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share information about visitors to this site for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising pixels or ad-network tags on our public pages.

One disclosure is close enough to “sharing” as the CCPA defines it that we describe it here rather than leave it to be discovered. A licensed agent using the platform may connect their own Meta (Facebook) advertising account by entering their own pixel or dataset ID and their own Conversions API access token. When they have done that, and only then, the platform sends Meta an event each time that agent changes the stage of one of their own leads — so that Meta's Lead Center can show the outcome of the ad the lead came from. The event carries the Meta lead identifier, the stage, and SHA-256 hashed forms of the lead's email address, phone number, first and last name, date of birth, state, and ZIP code. The hashing is what lets Meta match the event to the person who submitted the ad form, so it does not make the disclosure anonymous. Nothing is sent for an agent who has not connected an account, and no payment is received for it.

We also disclose personal information to the service providers that run the platform on our behalf — hosting, messaging, email, payments, error monitoring and the AI features. Those are service-provider disclosures under the CCPA, not sales or shares; Section 4.1 of the Privacy Policy names each one.

4. Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends Sec-GPC: 1 with your requests, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information — you do not have to use the control above as well. We record the request for that browser, and for your account if you are signed in, so it survives the visit. The control above shows you when the signal has been received.

While your browser keeps sending the signal, that browser stays opted out; a signal is a standing request, so turning the setting off does not override it there.

5. If an Agent Collected Your Information

Most of the consumer information on the platform was collected by an independent licensed insurance agent, on their own quote form or lead form, and we process it on that agent's instructions. The fastest route is to contact the agent you spoke with. You can also write to privacy@myezleads.com and we will forward the request to that agent and assist them with it, on the timetable in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy — acknowledged within ten business days, answered within 45 days. That includes stopping the Meta disclosure described in Section 3 for your record.

To stop text messages from an agent, reply STOP to any message from them. That is immediate and does not depend on this page.

6. Authorized Agents and Appeals

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity. If we decline a request, we will say why, and you may appeal by replying to that answer; we respond to an appeal within 45 days.
